Turbulance Training was
created by Craig Ballantyne and his book teaches you how to get lean
and mean without hours of cardio everyday to get there.
Craig says you can lose fat and get ripped by doing weight training
exercise and interval training to burn fat and get rid of belly fat.
Craig then goes on to describe several cardio myths such as having to
workout in the morning on an empty stomach, you have to do cardio at
least 20 minutes before you will burn any fat and also that you cant
gain muscle and lose fat at the same time.
